Nymph Flick Flies: #8 Creeper Nymphs with a Spinner Blade

The Gapen Nymph Flick Fly puts a small spinner blade on a swivel ahead of a creeper-style nymph. The blade adds flash and vibration, and the pink chenille head and soft hackle give fish a buggy target behind it.

Fish it on a fly rod or on light spinning gear. Swing it through riffles, strip it slowly along weed edges, or cast and count it down for trout, bluegill, crappie and other panfish.
