The Gapen Timberwolf Fly is a weighted pattern that has become one of the hottest panfish flies in the Midwest. It is also highly effective for trout, grayling, and other species that respond to a nymph-style presentation.
Available in Black, Red, and White, this versatile fly gets down quickly thanks to its weighted design and produces consistent results in both stillwater and moving water.
A reliable choice for panfish anglers and trout fishermen alike. The Timberwolf delivers strong performance around docks, weed edges, and in streams.
Made in the USA - Authentic Gapen Tackle quality.
Fishing Tips: Fish the weighted Timberwolf under an indicator or with a slow retrieve for panfish around docks, weed edges, and shallow structure. For trout and grayling, drift it as a nymph in streams or stillwaters. The weight helps it get down quickly. Effective in both stillwater and moving water.
