The Ripple Twist is a small jig with a curly ripple tail built for a slow retrieve. It's an excellent jig for working panfish and trout, and it's light enough to use on a fly rod.

Fishing Tips: Cast the Ripple Twist and count it down, then swim it back slowly so the tail keeps rippling. Under a float, a light twitch makes the tail move. On a fly rod, fish it like a small streamer. Use the 1/64 oz shallow and the 1/16 oz deeper or in wind. Bright colors like Chartreuse and Pink work in stained water, while Smoke, Brown and Black are good in clear water.
