Good product but web site needs upgrading. January 18, 2021 Reviewer: Lance Burger from Superior, WI United States   I like the product.  However, the web pages need modernization so inventory and availability are in sync.  I wouldn't have ordered a certain color not knowing it was actually not in stock and substituted for another color that wasn't an original selection. I wish my local stocked Gapen Fishing Tackle February 14, 2019 Reviewer: Gerald Miller from Bismarck, ND United States   My order was filled extremely fast!  There was one items they were out of AND they contacted me immediately via email to ask if there was something else I wanted, wait for the back order to arrive or refund AND they even suggested a different lure (as it was a hot lure for catching fish) as a replacement!  I accepted the replacement and very happy I did as it is HOT!  They even sent me a free lure for the inconvenience!  NO I won't tell you which lure as all good fishermen do we keep our spots, lures, time, temp, baro pressure a secret.   THANKs Gapen Team!
